As a Technical Lead specializing in the technologies of the Opera ecosystem, you will provide technical leadership and expertise in supporting and maintaining critical systems, including Opera, ORS (Opera Reservation System), OWS (Opera Web Services), ADS (Availability Distribution System), OXIHUB, OXI (Opera XML Interface), IFC (Internet For Guests), PMS (Property Management System), Accor Shell, and AMQ (Advanced Message Queuing).
You will supervise a team and drive improvements in the systems within the Accor ecosystem.
Your missions:
- Technical Leadership and Team Management: Guide the technical team, provide strategic advice, and promote a culture of innovation.
- Support and Maintenance of Systems: Ensure the availability, stability, and performance of the Opera systems, and manage critical incidents.
- Expertise and Problem Resolution: Act as an expert, resolve complex issues, and provide level 2 support for the PMS.
- Integration and Interfaces: Ensure smooth integration of the systems related to Opera and collaborate with vendors for interface maintenance.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Keep documentation up to date and contribute to the knowledge base while organizing training for the team.
- Monitoring and Optimization: Implement monitoring solutions and analyze performance indicators to optimize the systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate knowledge transfer to the GSS (Global Support Services) support team.
compétences
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You have over 7 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership role. You possess in-depth expertise in Opera systems and associated hotel management systems, with skills in system integration and API management, as well as a solid understanding of the hospitality industry.

- Advanced language skills in French and English.
- Technical expertise combined with leadership skills.
- Adaptability and quick learning ability.
- Experience in vendor management and strong analytical skills.
