Product Manager – Ad Inventory Quality (All Genders)

Dailymotion is looking for a skilled and motivated Product Manager (PM) in the Ad Products team to take ownership of ensuring the quality of the advertisement inventory. As a PM in this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data, Ad-Operations, Privacy, Trust & Safety and Sales to drive improvements and optimizations to the advertisement inventory, ensuring that the ads served on the platform meet high standards of brand safety, relevance, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about product management, advertising technology, and improving user and advertiser experiences.  Responsibilities:  - Define and drive the product roadmap for advertisement inventory quality, ensuring that ads are safely delivered on the platform while meeting the needs and requirements of both advertisers and users.  - Ensure that inventory adheres to regulatory requirements. Work closely with Privacy, Trust & Safety teams to continuously improve ads delivery on brand safe and high-quality content.   - Define and deploy strategies to enhance inventory quality by identifying key metrics, analyzing ads performance, and recommending improvements to optimize ad relevance and targeting.
  - Lead the relationship with external partners and entities that provide advertisement quality measurement and inventory certifications 
  - Work closely with engineering, data, trust & safety, sales and legal teams to implement quality standards and systems that drive a positive advertising experience.
